By creating an account or using Busyclock, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the service.
1. What Busyclock is
Busyclock is a free web-based time tracking and invoicing tool for freelancers. It lets you log hours, manage projects and clients, generate PDF invoices, and view reports. The service is provided as-is and free of charge.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@busyclock.com.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Busyclock.
3. Your data
You own the data you enter into Busyclock. We store it to provide the service and do not use it for any other purpose. You can export your time entries as CSV at any time and delete your account and all data from Settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Busyclock for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service.
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
- Share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.
5. Availability
Busyclock is a free service provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime, availability, or performance. We may perform maintenance, make changes, or temporarily suspend the service at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
Busyclock is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and delete your account.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Busyclock after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
