Busyclock is a free time tracking and invoicing tool for freelancers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

1. What we collect

We do not collect payment information, browsing behaviour, analytics, or any data beyond what you explicitly enter.

2. Why we collect it

All data is collected solely to provide the Busyclock service: to save your tracked time, generate invoices, and sync your data across devices. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

No other third parties receive your data.

4. How long we keep it

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from the Settings page, all your time entries, projects, invoices, and profile data are deleted immediately. The email address associated with your account is removed from our authentication system within 30 days.

5. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have the following rights:

6. Cookies and local storage

Busyclock uses only strictly necessary session cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in. We do not use any tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because we only use essential cookies.

7. Data location

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. We recommend confirming the region in use with Supabase's documentation. If you have questions about data residency, contact us at the address below.
